About the Role
En Fuego Cigars & Lounge is a premier cigar destination with two Las Vegas-area locations and a 24/7 private membership lounge in Henderson. Known for its curated humidors, hand-rolled cigars, and elevated lounge experience, En Fuego attracts a discerning clientele who expect knowledgeable, warm, and unhurried service.
The Front of House Associate is the first point of contact for every guest. This is a service-first role suited to someone who enjoys people, can hold their own in a premium product environment, and takes pride in creating a genuine lounge experience — not just processing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, manage the front-of-house floor during service hours
- Guide guests through cigar selections, lounge offerings, and membership options
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, online order inquiries, and retail sales
- Maintain humidor presentation and stock levels; escalate replenishment needs
- Support cigar roller events and private bookings — set-up, hosting, and breakdown
- Uphold lounge ambiance: music, lighting, cleanliness, and seating arrangement
- Build regulars' loyalty through personalised product recall and attentive service
- Assist with social media content capture as directed by management
What We're Looking For
- Warm, confident communicator — equally comfortable with walk-ins and VIP members
- Genuine curiosity about premium products; cigar knowledge is a bonus, not a must
- Prior hospitality, retail, or lounge experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, self-presented, and comfortable in an adult entertainment environment
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and occasional events
- 21+ (Nevada compliance requirement for the lounge environment)
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Flexible — full-time and part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends
