About Us
Infinity Constellation is an AI-native services company builder. Rather than building software tools, Infinity builds entire AI-native service businesses designed to scale — turning traditional, labor-intensive professional services into software-powered, outcome-driven companies.
Our mission is to turn services into software and build AI-native businesses designed to scale, selling outcomes rather than tools. We describe ourselves as "the machine turning $6 trillion of services into software," aiming to disrupt 200-year-old global professional services industries such as legal, finance, accounting, consulting, and more.
Infinity Constellation operates as a "constellation" of seven portfolio companies, each delivering AI-powered professional services, including Supernal (AI Employee Services), Labrynth (Compliance Services), Radiance (Design Services), Sentient Motion (Growth + Marketing Services), Everest (Executive Assistant Services), Zero Hiring (Hiring Services), and Paradox Machines (Data + Analytics Services). Each company is built on a shared platform/operating system that provides technology, go-to-market support, and back-office infrastructure (tech, finance, legal, HR, ops), allowing founders to focus on building their service and winning customers.
About the Role
Infinity Constellation is seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director, Environmental Consulting to launch and lead a new AI-native environmental consulting business within our constellation of portfolio companies. This is a founder-level, business unit leadership role with significant equity/upside tied directly to the value you create. You will have the opportunity to build a modern, software-powered, outcome-driven environmental consulting practice — backed by Infinity's shared technology platform, go-to-market engine, and back-office infrastructure — while retaining full ownership of strategy, delivery, and growth for your business unit.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for the Environmental Consulting business unit, driving revenue growth, profitability, and client outcomes.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered environmental consulting services, including regulatory compliance, sustainability reporting, environmental risk assessment, and remediation advisory.
- Leverage Infinity's shared AI platform and operating infrastructure to deliver outcome-based environmental services at scale, replacing traditional hourly-billed consulting models.
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of environmental consultants, scientists, and client success professionals.
- Develop service offerings, pricing models, and delivery frameworks that productize environmental consulting expertise.
- Build and manage client relationships, acting as the senior-most point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Partner closely with Infinity's central platform teams (technology, finance, legal, HR, operations) to ensure the business unit has the infrastructure needed to scale efficiently.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to disrupt traditional environmental consulting firms with AI-native, outcome-driven service delivery.
- Report on business unit performance, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives to Infinity Constellation leadership.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something from the ground up and take on founder-level ownership and accountability.
- Deep understanding of environmental regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards relevant to environmental consulting services.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills, with experience selling consulting services to enterprise or institutional clients.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment, with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Enthusiasm for AI-native service delivery models and a willingness to challenge traditional consulting approaches.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
