Required Qualifications

• Strong publication record in top-tier machine learning conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI) or journals
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: deep learning, reinforcement learning, or large language models
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale experiments and research projects
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
• Proven track record of translating research concepts into practical implementations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Genuine motivation to build safe, beneficial AGI and contribute to AI alignment research

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed training systems and large-scale compute infrastructure
