The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Solution Delivery to lead transformative supply chain systems and solution delivery initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive the implementation and optimization of technology solutions that power Nike's global logistics and distribution operations. You'll work at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and performance across our network.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology solutions and systems implementations supporting global logistics and distribution operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including supply chain operations, technology, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver integrated solutions
- Manage complex, multi-workstream projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize supply chain systems, processes, and workflows
- Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Oversee solution testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring quality standards and operational readiness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the global supply chain network
- Monitor solution performance post-implementation and drive enhancements based on user feedback and business needs
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes across the organization
- Provide strategic guidance on supply chain technology roadmaps and investment priorities
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or supply chain technology implementation
- 3+ years of experience managing complex technology projects or solution delivery initiatives
- Proven track record of successfully delivering supply chain systems implementations in a global, multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and distribution operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and inventory management
- Experience with supply chain technology platforms such as WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent project management skills with experience using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing vendor relationships and external implementation partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
