HOW YOU'LL EARN + GROW

We believe you should learn about the business before your income depends on commission.

LEARN — Weeks 1–8

• Pay: $25/hour or Commission
• Paid professional training focused on product knowledge, selling skills, technology, guest experience, financing, protection, coaching, activity standards, and certification.

BUILD — Weeks 9–16

• Pay: $22/hour or Commission/Bonus
• Put training into action, develop a guest pipeline, create appointments, strengthen selling skills, and earn HFA bonuses tied to performance.

EARN — Week 17+

• Pay: Graduate to Trusted Advisor: uncapped commission + bonus
• Graduate into the full plan. At baseline KPI performance, earnings are approximately $28/hour equivalent. Top performers can earn $170,000+ annually, with additional Premier, President, recognition, and leadership opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our strongest sales professionals create opportunities, build relationships, and take ownership of their results.

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete-room solutions that fit the guest's needs.
• Guide guests confidently from discovery through purchase and follow up appropriately after the sale.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, prior-guest outreach, open quotes, referrals, and appointment setting.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline, follow-up plan, and selling activity within company systems.
• Work toward individual written-sales, quality, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, role-play, certification, and skill development.
• Use technology and communication tools to create repeat and referral business while contributing to a professional, accountable, positive, guest-focused store culture.

SCHEDULE + ROLE REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time retail sales role. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and eligible holidays is required based on business needs. Consistent attendance, participation in training and coaching, use of company technology, prospecting activity, and progress toward sales and performance expectations are essential to success.
