The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Brand Store team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional shopping experiences while representing the adidas brand with energy and authenticity. You'll combine your passion for sport and retail with product expertise to help customers find exactly what they need to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge and styling advice that helps customers make confident purchasing decisions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of adidas products, technologies, and brand stories to effectively communicate benefits to customers
- Support visual merchandising standards by ensuring product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive checkout experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that enhances the shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking merchandise, and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and create a positive work environment
- Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Embody adidas brand values and serve as an authentic ambassador in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for sport, fitness, and an active lifestyle
- Enthusiasm for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of or interest in the adidas brand, products, and heritage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
